We know that Guelph’s average sale price is in the low 700,000 for January 2021, so we can see by these numbers that the Downtown Core, as well as the neighbourhoods surrounding it, are holding up that average. St. George’s Park and Onward Willow have yet to blossom this year for inventory, we are already seeing the prices change.
